Advanced Technologies
Everything a modern fertility journey may call for, available under one roof. Here is the science we have built in, so that your care never has to be sent elsewhere.
- Section 01 — 5 capabilities
Genetic Testing & Screening
Understanding an embryo’s genetics before transfer, so the strongest embryo is chosen first.
PGT-A
Aneuploidy Screening
Screens embryos for the correct number of chromosomes before transfer. Helps prioritise the embryos most likely to lead to a healthy pregnancy.
PGT-M
Monogenic / Single-Gene Disorders
Tests embryos for a specific inherited condition carried by one or both parents. Allows unaffected embryos to be selected for transfer.
PGT-SR
Structural Chromosomal Rearrangements
For parents with a known rearrangement such as a translocation. Identifies embryos with a balanced chromosome arrangement.
Carrier Screening Panels
A blood test that checks whether prospective parents carry genes for inherited conditions. Informs whether embryo genetic testing is needed before treatment.
Embryo Biopsy
A few cells are removed from the embryo with minimal disruption for genetic testing. Performed at the blastocyst stage by trained embryologists.
- Section 02 — 3 capabilities
AI-Powered Precision
Trained models add a consistent, objective second read alongside our embryologists and clinicians.
AI Egg & Embryo Viability Scoring
Imaging is analysed by trained models to grade egg and embryo quality objectively. Adds a consistent second read alongside the embryologist.
AI-Assisted Ploidy Prediction
Models estimate the likelihood an embryo is chromosomally normal from imaging. Helps prioritise which embryos to biopsy or transfer.
Luma AI
Patient-Facing Assistant
A patient assistant that answers questions and guides you between appointments. Available outside clinic hours, whenever you need clarity.
- Section 03 — 2 capabilities
Embryology & Transfer
Precise lab technique at the moments that most affect whether an embryo implants.
Laser-Assisted Hatching
A laser thins a precise point on the embryo’s outer shell before transfer. Used selectively where the shell may be limiting implantation.
Embryo Glue
Hyaluronan-Enriched Transfer Medium
A transfer medium enriched with hyaluronan that helps the embryo settle against the uterine lining. Applied at the point of transfer.
- Section 04 — 5 capabilities
Sperm Selection & Male Fertility
Advanced selection and retrieval methods that address male factor at its source.
Microfluidic Sperm Sorting
Sperm are selected by how they swim through a specially designed channel, without centrifugation. Yields motile sperm with lower DNA damage.
PICSI
Hyaluronan-Binding Sperm Selection
Sperm are selected by their ability to bind hyaluronan, mimicking natural egg binding. Favours mature sperm for injection.
MACS
Magnetic-Activated Cell Sorting
Removes sperm showing early markers of DNA damage using magnetic separation. Improves the quality of the sperm population used.
Sperm DNA Fragmentation Testing
Measures the proportion of sperm carrying damaged DNA. Guides whether advanced selection or ICSI is needed.
TESA / TESE / Micro-TESE
Testicular Sperm Extraction
A range of methods to retrieve sperm directly from the testis. Used across obstructive and non-obstructive causes of azoospermia.
- Section 05 — 4 capabilities
Implantation Support & Diagnostics
Investigating and preparing the uterus, especially where transfers have failed before.
Endometrial Scratching
A light procedure that may improve receptivity of the uterine lining. Considered in selected cases of repeated implantation failure.
Immunological & Thrombophilia Panels
Blood tests investigating immune and clotting factors linked to recurrent implantation failure or loss. Direct targeted treatment where indicated.
Endometrial PRP
Platelet-Rich Plasma
Platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood is placed in the uterine cavity. Explored where the lining is thin or receptivity is low.
Hysteroscopy
A thin camera examines the inside of the uterus directly. Detects and treats polyps, adhesions, or other factors before transfer.
- Section 06 — 1 capability
Safety & Witnessing
A continuous chain of identity for every sample, from collection to transfer.
RFID Gamete & Embryo Tracking
Every dish and sample carries a tag that is read at each step in the lab. Confirms the right samples are matched to the right patient throughout.
