We are currently keen to onboard an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our company. We are keen to have someone with a CA qualification & 4-5 years of experience in retail healthcare, with a preference for experience in IVF or fertility clinics. (Kindly do not apply if you do not meet this experience requirement.) This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in financial management, reporting, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant certifications.
• 4-5 years in finance and accounting roles within retail healthcare, preferably in IVF/fertility clinics.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow statements.
• Generate and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to stakeholders, including investors.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Implement processes and maintain internal controls to protect assets and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support strategic financial planning and analysis to drive company growth.
• Contribute financial insights for business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
