Job Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with doctors and other healthcare providers to promote our IVF services. We seek a female candidate whose expertise in sales and passion for healthcare will play a crucial role in expanding our network and driving patient referrals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in BHMS, BHS, BDS, BAMS or related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in B2B sales in the healthcare sector, preferably with gynecologists.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in reproductive health or fertility services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership skills to lead the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target gynecologists, fertility specialists, and relevant healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate potential partners about our IVF services and clinic offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with healthcare providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and partner feedback.
